Love. We all need it.

The apostle Paul writting to the Ephesians said the following, "May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. (Eph3:19)" Truly God's love is so powerful no one can truly understand it. It is above comprehension.

I once heard a testimony about a guy who killed like 7-8 woman and hated the world. After years of depression and suicidal thoughts in jail one day someone gave him a Bible. He started every night reading and learning about God's love towards him and towards the world. Immediately for the first time he actually felt sorry for what he had done because his heart was filled with overwhelming love towards humanity. There is only one thing that can bring us together TDC youth. That is the love of Christ with all purity and holiness in each one of our hearts. I will probably never openly admit this in public again... I love you guys! GBU!

Update: Video Camera and Pic's

I was at the Lynn Cam studio today producing a program with Danny. Here is the scoop. I got permission to use the latest editing software to produce our videos free of charge on Saturday afternoons. Anyone with time and talent can learn how to edit and produce quality video for both youtube and our program on Lynn Cam.

I need someone to open an account with photobucket and then upload all the pic's for the youth so I can add it to the blog. I know some good pictures are out there so someone open the account and post the login so we can all take a turn to upload the pics.

Ok, here is the truth and nothing but the truth... I Forgot to ask Beverly's mom where she put it and if she even brought it to church last night cause I was on a mission. So, neither Joey or any other guys knew where the snacks were, but, whoever gets to sunday school has first dibs... Alaba!

Resisting the enemy...

This post is based on a convo I just had with Danny D...

Reality check. We are in a battle. How is it that all of us are struggling one way or another? Have you ever asked yourself why after those powerful services and vigilias we have all of a sudden we feel horrible? We pray and fast and two seconds later we mess up... What is going on?

Well, clearly the enemy is not happy with what we are doing. "Le tamo dando duro al reino de la tiniebla!" That is why sometimes its hard even to pray and to continue walking. Just think of how many liberation sessions we have gone through in like the last month or how many slamming services we have had. You think the enemy is happy? How about my sister coming to Christ again or Nelson's mom visiting the church? All this is spiritual warfare my brothers and sisters!

All I can say is "RESIST!" If you pray and fast and seek God with all your heart you will build a wall of resistance against the enemy's schemes and will be able to win when it is all said and done. Some of you are fighting with hell itself yet the more you fight the more you will be able to keep resisting. Don't give up! Don't give in! The devil is a liar! TDC Youth is in this to win it!!! "Cuando estes en el desierto hecha fuera a satanas..." Alaba! Ay Santo!

1. Powerful vigilia tonight (Can't wait...) After Friday Service a concerned parent will be providing some snacks so no one has permission to leave the church. All youth who leave will be asked not to come back :(

2009 From Vision to Reality...

As I sit here late at night bugging out on our new blog I remembered that I have to get up at 4:00am to drop my "papi" at the airport tonight. Wow... gotta go.
