sales this week came in at 41 homes sold over the last 30 days, new listings are at the lowest they've been in three months. In comparison, 01970 led all other nearby zip codes with 74 new listings. As new listings were reduced, prices have also been falling. The median sales price dropped to $310,000, extending a four-week long spiral. There are only two months of inventory available in the 01902 zip code, and with shrinking new listings numbers, it's still a strong seller's market, despite the falling prices.
